These terms and conditions of business shall apply to all contracts and orders made with clients by Moby Posters

Image Quality

The quality of your photos is your own responsibility, we can only print what we are senti. If you upload a screenshot it will pass the original upload quality check due to the file size but screenshots are only copies of the devices screen and not the original photo. We advise against uploading screenshots as we cannot take responsibility for the outcome. Please note images that have been uploaded to social media or through an app my not be suitable as they are small file sizes. Pixelation can occur when posters are enlarged and this cannot be avoided. Most posters at close inspection may show more obvious pixelation. 

Refunds

Refunds will only be made if there has been an error made on sizing. Refunds will not be given based on image quality as this is dependent on the original file uploaded. 

Terms Of Payment

All payments are done at the time of order using credit or debit card. 

Copyright

It is understood that the placing of an order constitutes a warranty by the Client that he/she is fully entitled to the copyright in any material made available to Moby Posters and that he/she has secured all necessary authority and permission in respect of the use thereof, and the Client assumes absolute liability for any resulting action brought by a third party.

Colour Matching

All orders are accepted on the understanding that it is not possible to guarantee an accurate colour reproduction based on what you see on your screen. The printing process does not correlate to how mobile screen / computer monitors display colours. Colour matching cannot be guaranteed between prints from the same origination printed at different times.

Due to the complexity of the printing process, colours do shift. As a print service provider our responsibility stops at printing the supplied file. The offer of a reprint or refund will be discretionary in such a situation and no compensation will be given as a result of any consequential loss or damages by any delays caused.

Usage

Moby Posters use dye based inks, which are strictly for short term use in an indoor environment. Any external use is at the discretion of the client. Moby Posters will not be responsible for any such use and any damages thereafter will not be entertained. Moby Posters do not put any guarantee on the lifespan of prints. It is the clients’ responsibility to ensure Moby Posters printing process is suitable for their usage. Images kept in direct sunlight or directly above radiators will fade after time. 

Service And Delivery

All service times and delivery dates quoted are from the receipt of the Client's orders. Moby Posters reserves the right to alter service times and delivery dates, if on inspection of the Client’s order they differ significantly from the specification understood by us when the quotation was issued. Moby Posters will use its best endeavours to ensure that orders are completed within the times quoted but will not accept any liability for damages in the event of failure to comply. Delivery instructions will be adhered to closely but no responsibility can be accepted for delays.Moby Posters cannot accept any claim for consequential loss no matter how caused. Moby Posters use third parties for deliveries. In the event that any third party damages, loses or delays to the delivery, Moby Posters cannot reimburse the customer and no compensation will be given as a result of such losses. Any claim must be made against the third party courier company. Moby Posters will however endeavour to assist the client wherever possible.

Poster Paper

All posters are printed on 260gsm Satin Paper. The paper stock may vary from time to time and from order to order. 

Claims

Any other issue with goods received from Moby Posters must be reported in writing within 1 hour from receipt of goods by client or his agent. It is necessary that all relevant work and original material be returned to Moby Posters for inspection. Any claims made thereafter will not be entertained. In the event that any goods have to be returned to Moby Posters no compensation will be given towards delivery costs.

Any claims for damages during transit made via Royal Mail Special Delivery or any third party courier must be made directly with them. Once goods have left our premises using a third party courier company we cannot take responsibility for any damages or compensate as a result. Goods are always checked before leaving our premises.

In the event there is an issue with production quality, Moby Posters will offer a solution based on a case by case basis. In some instances, and time permitting we will offer a reprint, in other situations we may offer a refund. In the event of any issue with production, irrespective of the cause or result, Moby Posters will not be responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result. The maximum refund that will be given will be the initial amount paid.

Accepted File Content

Moby Posters will not accept any files which contain offensive or pornographic content. 

Force Majeure

Moby Posters shall not be liable for failure to carry out any contract owing to an act of God, war strikes, lock-outs, fire, storm, breakdown of machinery or any other cause above and beyond our control or owing to inability to procure materials or services except at increased prices.

Free Delivery

Free Delivery lead time is estimated between 5-7 working days and it is not signed for our tracked. Delivery may take longer than stated. If you want to have a faster delivery or tracked delivery, please select the relevant option in the checkout screen.

Discount Codes

Please note that only one discount code can be used per transaction.  If you have more than 1 code, you will need to place them as separate orders. Postage cannot be combined on offers.  Groupon codes are restricted to one per customer.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. On this occasion, we will refund you in full.
